Look under 'brochures' in the help file.  There's an expanded
version on 

http://seedsforchange.org.uk/free/brochure

I print the brochure/booklet out to a pdf file, which is then in
the correct form for submission to a print shop, or printing out
on personal printers with duplex capability.
