I dont know if I sent this to the right email, but this is a very important issue and I would like to see it dealt with.
OOo is open source and released under such a license that it is legal to offer it for a price. Ethically this cost should be to cover the price of the media (eg, cdrom) however there is no law being broken here... This particular site has been discussed on this list before.
