My girlfriend has Word (2000 I think) installed on her laptop since she bought it so I tried this with word and it worked there as well.
I'm using word 2000 on win2000 and it _doesn't_ work for me. Entering 0 (zero) a 2 as "0a2" (without he quotes) then Alt + x does nothing. For some reason I don't have wordpad installed on this machine so can't test that assumption.
