Thanks for the feedback, these problems I have read about. They dance
quite close to my problem but none of the solutions including others not
on that page work.
As I said before, I have tried installing a vanilla version of
OpenOffice.org 2.1 and this has equally failed.
I have tried the other options on other websites like using non kde
icons -- no difference.
I have tried using the older version of libfreetype, this also does not
work.
