[users] Outline numbering stops at 9 and next heading restarts at 1

Hello,

I am writing a document with numbered headings (outline or list numbered, I 
can't tell exactly) with Writer (OOo.2.1.0) and my Heading 1 level headings 
are numbered from 1 to 9.  My problem is that when I want to add a tenth 
heading, I get a heading numbered "1" instead of 10.  Is it possible that I 
may have checked a box that limits the numbers of headings to 9?
