If your recipients do not need to edit the data, would "File -> Export
As PDF" or "File -> Send -> Email as PDF" work for you.

Sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately, Open Office can't seem to
convert Busch & Müller to PDF. It comes out Busch & M ller.
