[users] [moderated] ASCII Filter ption on start up

Dear Sir/Madam

I have just install OpenOffice 2.2 and when starting the program the 
"ASCII Filter Option" appears.

Choosing "Cancel" the application is not started
Choosing "OK" an unwanted file is opened


Have I done any thing wrong or what?
