Oops… I assumed that you didn't want name or page number on the first page. In that case you also have to modify the header of the "First Page" style.
Dan, I think he wanted name and page number on the TOP of the pages, so "Insert → Header → First Page" would probably be what he asked for. Not a big deal, he would probably have figured it out anyway. Johnny Andersson
