Curious about OpenOffice. Will it do the things that Word Perfect will do
such as create legal briefs with ruled, numbered paper, create table of
authorities and content, etc?
Looked at your site,but could not find the answer.

The best way to find out about OOo is to download it and give it a
go.. Its completely free to download.
As to the questions... OOo can create lines on a page, number lines
and pages, create table of contents (I assume authorities, but without
specifics its a little hard to answer)
