The keywords query page is talking about are special predefined keywords
(http://www.openoffice.org/issues/describekeywords.cgi). In order to
search against descriptions you need to type something in "Summary" or
"description entry".

Constructing good query from that page is very complicated.  I suggest
using search at
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html.

As far as your problem goes - I could not find anything relevant. Do you
experience the same problem with other OS or on different computer?
Where does 522 appears - in the same cell or in some other cell? If in
different cell, can we see the formula? Having spreadsheet would be even
better
