[users] problem installing

hi, I'm using windows xp with service pack 2 and when I install open 
office I keep getting an error message. can you help, the message 
is;      error 1935 an error occurred during installation of assembly    
policy.1.0.cli_ure, publickey Token =ce2cb7e279207b9e", version=8.0.0.0" 
culture = neutral"'.    please refer to help and support
