Right click & select "Default". That will revert the cell to a default
format rather than a 'mailto:' url. You can then change the color to
whatever you want.

If you want to turn off URL recognition altogether, see:
Help|Openoffice.org help F1|URL - scroll down to "turning off URL
recognition"|Display.
Note: this will not change the behavior of your imported Excel
spreadsheet because it will already have the Excel built-in hyperlink
embedded in the file. You'll need to change using the "Default" style
instead - it will however prevent any further url's & email addresses
that are later entered from being changed to a hyperlink.
