I wish someone at OOo would make this issue more obvious.
I have found that every update install OOo looks for & NEEDS the last
"openofficeorgxx.msi" file to remove? the older version.
I have learned to SAVE this file in a corner so that when this
happens, I just give the file to OOo & it continues on......

PS: iI believe the default path is always the Billy Gates C:\ path &
you need to reset it to YOURs
