[users] Open Office will not unload

I have unloaded Open Office for windows nd it will not allow me to then open
up any of the programs.
 
I keep getting a copy/paste pop=up and cannot extablish the first opening of
the program.
 
This happened last week, and again since I reloaded Windows and downloaded
it again.
 
I am using a brand new machine with 2GB memory.
