Calc does not offer dashed lines in its format cell border choices.
Creating a dashed line in an Excel document and then opening it in Calc
converts the dashed line to a solid line. I do not know if a request
for enhancement to have dashed line formats added to the border choices
has been submitted but if not it seems that it would be a good
enhancement to have.
