Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are Microsoft programs. If you want
them, you have to go to someone who sells Microsoft Office. They are
not available anywhere else.
OpenOffice.org is a free office suite which contains the
applications you mentioned. Writer is a word processor just as Word
is. Base is a database application just as Access is. Impress is a
slide show creator and player just as PowerPoint is. Draw is a
graphics application.
