Multilingual User  _Interface_ is not _Input_ Metod Editor.
Am I corect that you are talking about inputting text in more than two
langs?

AFAIK, you should be able to add all supported input languags (not just
two) irrespective of flavor.
If that is not so I would be amazed and disappointed (I do not have
Vista handy to test).
