Thank you for your suggestions. I forgot in my previous posts to mention I
have Open Office 2.2 and I am using Windows XP Pro.

I just installed Open Office 2.2 from an Open CD that I purchased from
Amazon. I will have lots of questions as time goes on but I hope to do
this right and not cause problems. I was interested in the post on
netiquette so I will try to follow those suggestions.
I did not find anything at FAQ. If I request the past posts will I get a
lot of basic information that has already been covered?

That will be a great way to start searching past posts. Google works as
well, but half of the problem is often times how you ask as much as what
you ask. So if you don't get anything at first, check how you are
asking. Sometimes synonyms help.
And it sounds stupid, but if you don't know the term for something, ask
for that. Even if you have to grope around for terms. Describe what
you are doing (sometimes though read it out vocally before you send) and
what message boxes you get back.
Finally you might want to make note if you finally do have to ask of
_where_ they got the information. If that isn't clear, ask the answerer
that. Remember that old proverb about the difference between getting a
fish and being taught how to fish.
