It's okay i figured out how to do this. I've found the fonts option in Windows' 
Control Panel and it lets you install fonts onto the system.

I am not sure what you are proposing here, but if you intending to use
OOo (OpenOffice.org) as a web development tool, IMNSHO there are better
alternatives. Although OOo does include a component for producing simple
html documents, you may want to consider something like Nvu, which can
be downloaded from http://www.nvu.com

I wasn't aware that MS Office programs had a special way of installing
fonts. When I was using MS programs, they always used the fonts
installed in the Windows system fonts directory/folder.
