Hello, I'm using OOo v2.2.1

Is there a possibility (hidden switch or something)
to turn off producing thumbnails within ODF files?

I don't need those preview pictures and without
them the files would be smaler (about 4-10KB).

It is a matter with small docs (1-2 pages), with thumbnails
they are about 50% bigger in file size as they could be without.

I don't want to blow my files with a feature I don't need.
Please buildt a switch into OO to make it configurable!


There is already a request to have the ability to switch the storage of
thumbnails off. If you would like to support this request, you can create a
login and vote for the issue :
