[users] Register Programs

I'm trying to register this product, OpenOffice, but will not let me.  I did 
notice that on one of the pages, which began registration, it notified me that 
I would be receiving info by e-mail address, which I did not recongized.  It 
read " An email has been sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to allow you to set up your 
password."  I just bought this computer from $199 Computer Store.  Can you help 
me?
