I don't know which set of OOo support web forums you are referring to. At any rate, complaining on this list about that is akin to complaining to you high school principle that your thesis advisor won't tell you which book to use as a style manual for writing your dissertation. IOW, Contact the owner of the web forum for information on how to log in.
