I shudder at the the thought of 2x10^7 rows with 2^10^7
columns in a single spreadsheet. That's almost as bad as
having 2^48 digits of precision

In the meantime a hack that might work for you can be found

Personally, I would say that if you need more than
256x512x26, then spreadsheets are the wrong tool for the
job. You need to be using a database.
