I think this is a scam, this package is also being sold through clickbank, an affiliate marketing network.
The owner added a free antivirus to this, I think it just helps to sell his OpenOffice version while he should only sell his antivirus.

It is entirely legal to sell OpenOffice. If they're selling a CD, it
provides a service for those without broadband access. I don't think
much of those who only sell a download link.
