The link you are trying to use is pointing to a very very old version of OpenOffice.org. Unless you specifically need this antique version of OpenOffice.org, I'd suggest you grab a newer version... either direct from OpenOffice.org, or if you still want to download an ISO from the University of Twente (in the Netherlands), go up one level to ftp://borft.student.utwente.nl/torrents/ and pick a newer ISO. I see one there for all platforms that is version 2.0.2 (note this is also an old version of OpenOffice.org).
