Ooo-build always differs from original OOo. Many Linux distributor use ooo-build for creaíing OpenOffice.org.

Here is a apply file that could draw the differences:

Lotus WordPro Document (*.lwp)

[the .wps in OOo Official is for WPS 2000/Office 1.0 which is a Chinese

Thanks for the list.
a) Isn't the code in their Diff file?
b) Can't the code be patched against other builds?

The wps for Microsoft Works, or WPS2000/Office 1.0 is going to be
confusing for users.

Microsoft Word 2007 Document (*.docx) filter from Novell works in the
Ubuntu version, I've not been able to get it to work in the OOo Official

That is probably from the Novell build.

And sound works out of the box in Impress.

There are times when I loathe Ubuntu. One of them is when installing
something uninstalls something else. Sound is the most commonly affected
program. (That is a problem I never ran into, when using tarballs with
configure, make, etc.)
