From Control Panel help:
Go to Tools> Folder Options
To change the program
<mk:@MSITStore:C:%5CWINNT%5CHelp%5Cfolderop.chm::/HELP=glossary.hlp%20TOPIC=gls_application>
that opens a file, on the *File Types* tab, click *Change*.
Just ignore the
"<mk:@MSITStore:C:%5CWINNT%5CHelp%5Cfolderop.chm::/HELP=glossary.hlp%20TOPIC=gls_application>"
That was added when I pasted the text from help.
