professional/commercial services for OpenOffice.org. There are also
several that provide global support and training.

a lot of community (free) resources for OpenOffice.org.. tutorials,
forums, books and so on. (for example, there is a link to
LearnOpenOffice.org which provides web based training and video
tutorials that might meet your needs)
