Ok, the formula looks OK. So for the next step, I would do the following:

Enter the following in L45:
=J45

Then fill down about 10 rows, so that L46 contains "=J46" and so on until
L54 contains "=J54" (without the quotes of course). Is the numbers in the L
column identical with those in the J column? If not, something is wrong in
the J column. Then correct the problem and look for more corrupted cells.
The problem could be the format of some of the cells in the J column, as
someone suggested, or it can be something else I guess.
