Yes - to as many as you like. The program is free as in beer and as in speech
and is open source.

Download the software, burn to CD, install. Download to each computer,
install. Do what you did to get your copy, install. The software is
completely free, and you are at liberty, nay encouraged, to distribute it to
as many people as you like and to make as many copies of any CDs as you would
like.
