Hello Kathleen, Wordperfect is now in the list of text formats that can be imported/opened in OpenOffice.org (version 2.3). I have only CorelDraw here, so I don't know how well OOo reads WP files... You can download OOo for free from the website: http://download.openoffice.org choose your operation system, language, etc. check whether you have a suitable version of Java (better read some install how-to first...). Besides the Write component, OOo includes a Math and a Draw program, while Calc (spreadsheet) now offers improving charts development, etc. Good luck! -- Guy using dutch OOo 2.3 m221 on a iMac Intel DualCore Tiger and brazilian OOo 2.3 RC 3 on a G4 PPC Powerbook Tiger -- please reply only to users@openoffice.org -- Dodoes can't afford to have headaches --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
