[users] How to start the system working.

Dear Open Office,
                       I have just downloaded and installed OOo_2.3
0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US on a machine running Windows XP.

I can find no shortcut to start the system, just zipfiles.
Any help on starting Open Office would be greatly appreciated.
