Hello Senior, Basically, you'll have to convert your spreadsheet with addresses into a database file. I think the end-all help file to do your mailing is to be found here: http://www.hbsys.co.uk/openoffice/Label%20Creation.zip Download the package to your harddisk, unzip and read the pdf file. It may look a little hard at first, but it will turn out all right. If you have any more questions, please don't hit the Reply button, but start a new thread by starting a new mail message to users@openoffice.org with your subject stated in a few words in the Subject line. In that way, your question will be easier to spot, and not be drowned between other questions as is now the case.
