I am a PhD student using open office. For the most part, I am totally
satisfied with the program, and I want to support it as best as I can.
Recently I took a survey listing my user characteristics and
preferences. I wanted to include in my evaluation of the application
that I have only one complaint:
Unfortunately it does not interact seemlessly with the Endnote program.
I cannot understand how to use the bibliography function either -
although, even if I did, I do not know (expect) that it will be as
comprehensive as Endnote. As a PhD student (writing her dissertation in
History) I find this a major setback...
In any event, this is less of a complaint, and more of an FYI - which I
thought the contributors to the application might want to hear about.
Like I said, I am almost entirely satisfied with the application, and am
so HAPPY to be able to use it!!!
