OpenOffice.org is free to download, and supported for free in places like this mailing list by a community of volunteers.
Some vendors do sell OpenOffice.org on CD as a service to people who cannot download the software and prefer to have it on CD.
If you paid a vendor for OpenOffice.org, you need to contact that vendor directly.
If you are having problems using OpenOffice.org, just ask here on the mailing list. There are lots of people here who can help you find a solution to your problem with the software.
