Who you think you are to take permission without our consent to show a
private mail, did you have a signed permission
You sent your original message to a public mailing list. Since Antiss
Neurotek is in the software and networking business, you have no
possible claim not to have understood that this meant that, by
definition, the message would be broadcast; that's what a mailing list
does; that's what it's for. All this was explained to you months ago,
the last time you brought this up, using the identity "luc Dumont
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>".
In short, not only do you have no case against OpenOffice.org, they now
have, thanks to your clumsy attempt at blackmail, an open-and-shut case
against you and Antiss Neurotek for libel. If you proceed further in
this, they will also have a case against you and your employer for
harassment and malicious prosecution.
(Note: I am not affiliated with either Sun Microsystems or
OpenOffice.org. I am also not qualified to practice as a lawyer in
either the United States or Canada.)
