[users] uninstall open office

I have a Mac 10.4.11 and I installed Open office 2.0.3.  Recently I  
installed the newer Open office, 2.3 and now I want to uninstall  
2.0.3.  How do I do that?  I can't find any option that says  
"uninstall" anywhere.  Should I just drag and drop the application  
and files into the trash?  Thanks a bunch for your help
