[users] want to download your program to open Word

I was told by the Dell tech that I could download www.openoffice.org and I 
could get my Word opened.  I do not have Word on this notebook computer but do 
have it on my desk top located in another state.  I tried but will you send me 
to the exact page to download the program.  Thank you, Ann Clark
