[users] exam or quiz template for Writer

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a template for creating quizzes and exams in 
Writer.

I am looking for results (printed document) something like the exam 
class in LaTeX (http://www-math.mit.edu/~psh/#ExamCls). Mainly, the 
document has numbered questions, sub-parts of questions and their 
corresponding points. Once all the questions are done, an automatic 
table appears on the first page of the document with questions numbers 
and cells to write points in after grading.

If such a template doesn't exist, I am willing to give it a shot with 
help from this list.
