I checked out the templates and there is the basis for creating a db for time
billing, however it's off a very low base. I was hoping someone may have
invented something I could buy.

you
tried
the
built-in
templates?
Go
File-
New-
database
then
select
create
new
database
and
after
closing
"edit
tables"
and
then
use
form
wizards
to
create
forms.
There
are
a
number
of
options
with
pre-designed
tables
etc,
including
invoice
forms.
I've
never
used
them
so
I
can't
vouch
for
their
usefulness.
