Hello, I am using openoffice V2.3.0 on ubuntu 7.10, my problem is : while using openoffice presentation, I see my CPU usage growing and growing until it makes the program work slowly and finally crash. I noticed the CPU usage was increasing when I was using effects. I've also noticed there weren't any CPU usage problems when using openoffice impress on KDE, so it seems to be a gnome-only problem. Please help me, I have to make a presentation for school, and I've chosen to do it only with open source free tools. Thanks.
