This shouldn't be necessary if you are going to use the Save As function.

Then resave in Word 2003 .doc format under a different name.


This probably requires the Save As function, which makes the step above
unnecessary.

The benefits of using this method are:
>   o You get to check it still looks as you intended before submitting
