I've searched Help, recent archives for this list and the Writer Manual, but can find no way to Select All Footnotes.
With the cursor in the main text, Edit > Select All selects all text excluding headers, footers and footnotes. With the cursor in a footnote, Edit > Select All selects only that footnote. I cannot extend the selection to include all footnotes using the Shift key or using the mouse -- the selection just will not extend beyond the footnote first selected. Can anyone advise me on how to select all footnotes? Incidentally, I notice that if the cursor is in the second line of the main text, Select All omits the first line of text.
