No, it does not.
This topic has been discussed a lot over the years. Search the mailing
list archives and the various forums to see that it is a popular topic.
There is a bug open on this as well, that has had dozens of comments:

The basic answer is still the same though... there is currently no
Reveal Codes functionality in OpenOffice.org.
