You misread the requirements. They stated "Windows Vista (enhanced Vista
integration from version 2.2)". That means OO.o version 2.2 and newer
have enhanced Vista integration. OO.o is currently version 2.3.1 (2.4
due shortly, 2.4 RC6 is out).
