Dear Sir/Madam:
I guess I must be stupid. I am unable to figure out how to open & use my newly
downloaded Open Office Suite. I have never used this product before and I would
like to.
I now have? 2 files on my desktop from you. They are:
1-?A folder described as?"OpenOffice.org ?2.3 Installation Files"
2-Your twin bird logo described as:
"OOo_2.3.1_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe"
I have double clicked on everything and cannot figure out how to open &?use the
product. I also have looked all over your web site, as well,?for some
instrucions or something that would help me. However, I was unable to find
anything.
Please Help & Advise.
