[users] download will not download onto my computer

Have tried to download a version of Open Office, it takes approximately an 1 
hour to download at the end of the download the computer sends me back an error 
message saying that it cannot open or read the file try downloading again. I 
have tried this twice. Is there anyway I can get a copy of the Open Office?
