If this sort of stuff can be done using a spreadsheet function then the
answer is yes. However it does sound specialised and not really within the
bounds of 'office suite'.

As to 'account software' the calc module can export to .csv format (which
most accounting packages can import) but apart from that it would be better
to ask your account software "do you integrate to OpenOffice?"...
