[users] I want Database, please

I want a database. I am told that thre is one in your wordprocesser that is 
good but I do not want to use the whole programme. May I download just the Db, 
is it possible to downlod just the Db? and, if so, how do I do it?  If this is 
not possible, or allowed, can you recommend one; I do not really want to afford 
Access.  
My need is basic,   Names, addresses, occupations, and two/three extra columns 
to categorise entries with searches on the occupations and extra columns. Can 
you help?  Colin Poate
