Things break. Even servers. From time to time. Delete any [partial] file
you downloaded and start again. Or, if you have a
slow/unreliable/expensive internet connection, yuo may prefer to order
the software on CD for a few dollars/pounds/euros/whatever by clicking
"Order CD-ROM" on the OOo home page and scrolling down till you find a
supplier you like the look of.
